They ain’t cheap, but you can pick one up for less than $600,000 whereas a beach block home in Lewes, Rehoboth or Bethany is more likely to fetch Millions. You might want to make your purchase quickly. Once the word gets out they too will be priced out of reach for anyone but the Gordon Gecko’s of the world.
